Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.)
- Bodysuits
- Undergarments
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked as Final Sale

Return Process

To start a return, please email us at [your email here] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

- Approved returns will be issued as store credit OR refunded to your original payment method (you choose your preference)
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your item and place a new order.

Important Notes

- Items sent back without approval will not be accepted  
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages
